You can choose one of two formats:
· Electronic voucher. We will send it to your email immediately after payment. You can print it out or forward it personally.
· Gift envelope. We will print the gift card on designer paper, place it in a stylish envelope, and deliver it to the specified address in Dubai. At your request, we will add a personal message. The cost of the gift is not indicated on the gift card.

You can pay directly on our website or via a personal link, which you can request from our manager.
· You will receive the electronic voucher by email immediately after payment confirmation.
· The gift envelope will be delivered to your address in Dubai within 1-2 business days.

The gift card is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. The expiration date is indicated on the gift card itself. For your convenience, we will send a reminder to the recipient’s email address one month before the expiration date.

To activate the gift card, you need to:
1. Go to the special activation page on our website.
2. Enter the unique code from the certificate.
3. Select the desired service from the catalog and coordinate the date with our manager. After that, you will receive a booking confirmation and all the details for your visit.

Yes, we send electronic vouchers by email anywhere in the world. Unfortunately, physical gift envelopes can only be delivered within the UAE.

Refunds are processed in accordance with our Terms and Conditions and UAE Federal Law No. 15 of 2020 on Consumer Protection. A refund may be issued only if the service cannot be provided by the Company or its Partners. You may also transfer an unused certificate to another person free of charge before activation.
