1. Agreement

These Terms govern your purchase and use of gift vouchers from Healthy Gift Portal L.L.C. By purchasing or using a voucher, you accept these Terms

2. Our Role

We act as a marketing intermediary connecting you with independent wellness service providers (spas, clinics, studios). The service contract is directly between you and the provider

3. Booking Process

• Vouchers are valid for 12 months from the purchase date

• Each voucher represents a package allowing the holder to select one service from a predefined list

• Activation is required before booking and can be requested through our Activation page or by contacting Healthy Gift support

• Available services are displayed during the activation process and are subject to Partner availability

• Healthy Gift coordinates the booking with the selected Partner

• Once the booking is confirmed, the appointment is considered reserved and prepaid

• All services are redeemed at Partner venues located in Dubai

4. Returns & Cancellations

Refunds under applicable UAE Consumer Protection Law:

• If the selected service becomes unavailable for reasons beyond your control, Healthy Gift will first offer a suitable alternative experience of equivalent or greater value

• If no suitable alternative can reasonably be provided, you may be entitled to a refund to the original payment method

• Approved refunds are processed within 14 working days

Cancellation Policy:

• Cancellation less than 48 hours before appointment – voucher is void
• No-show – voucher is considered used
• Rescheduling requests may be considered case by case and are subject to Partner approval

5. Client Responsibilities

• Inform Healthy Gift of any special preferences relevant to the booking

• Disclose any medical conditions, allergies or contraindications relevant to the service directly to the Partner provider

• Arrive on time; late arrival may reduce the service duration

• Follow the Partner’s reasonable facility rules

6. Liability

• Service providers are responsible for service quality

• Our liability is limited to the voucher value, to the extent permitted by applicable UAE law

• Partners are independently responsible for the quality, safety and performance of their services

7. Privacy

Your personal data is protected according to our Privacy Policy and UAE legislation

8. Governing Law

Disputes are governed by UAE laws and subject to resolution through Dubai Department of Economy and Tourism (DET) or Dubai courts
