1. Agreement

These Terms govern your purchase and use of gift certificates from Healthy Gift Portal L.L.C. By purchasing or using a certificate, you accept these Terms.

2. Our Role

We act as a marketing intermediary connecting you with independent wellness service providers (spas, clinics, studios). The service contract is directly between you and the provider.

3. Booking Process

• Certificates are valid for 12 months from purchase date
• You are purchasing a package for one service from a predefined list.
• Certificate activation required via our website before booking
• The list of available services is viewable during the activation process.
• We coordinate your booking with the service provider
• Once booking is confirmed, your appointment is reserved

4. Returns & Cancellations

Refunds under UAE Consumer Protection Law:

• If service cannot be provided for reasons beyond your control — full refund or alternative option
• Refunds processed to original payment method within 14 business days

Cancellation Policy:

• Cancellation less than 48 hours before appointment — certificate is void
• No-show — certificate is considered used
• Rescheduling requests considered case by case

5. Client Responsibilities

• Disclose medical restrictions during activation
• Arrive on time (late arrival may reduce service duration)
• Follow provider’s facility rules

6. Liability

• Service providers are responsible for service quality
• Our liability is limited to certificate value
• We are not liable for provider actions

7. Privacy

Your personal data is protected according to our Privacy Policy and UAE legislation.

8. Governing Law

Disputes are governed by UAE laws and subject to resolution through Dubai Department of Economy and Tourism (DET) or Dubai courts.
